For self-defense or Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) sessions, wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. For firearms classes (beginner to advanced level) or pistol and rifle training, bring your firearm (if you own one), eye and ear protection, and ammunition—unless otherwise noted. If you don’t have your own gear, we’ll provide guidance or loaner equipment. Every class begins with a briefing on safety and situational awareness to help you feel confident and prepared.

Yes. All training is led by Gary Fujino, a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor with extensive experience in Filipino Martial Arts, pistol and rifle training, and self-defense programs. His background in physical therapy and martial arts ensures every student develops both technical skill and real-world situational awareness. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, safe, and empowering self-defense training in Boise, Idaho.

Absolutely. We offer private lessons, small group sessions, and corporate safety workshops, including Dealing with Combative Patients, Pepper Spray and Self-Defense Training, and Situational Awareness Seminars. For gun owners, we also offer customized firearms classes (beginner to advanced level) covering pistol and rifle training for individuals, families, and teams. Group discounts are available for healthcare workers, schools, and organizations in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley.
